Shipping & Returns
Items are generally shipped 4-6 business days after being ordered, depending on volume of orders and what items we have to make. Delays may occur due to COVID-19. You'll receive a notification that your order has been shipped.
After being shipped, Canadian domestic items take roughly 4-8 business days. Items shipped to the US take roughly 1 to 2 weeks. For international shipping, it can take 2-3 weeks. While these are the usual times they take, sometimes shipping takes longer depending on how long things take to pass through customs. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, postal service, postal service providers or drop-shipping providers.
All shipping does not include tracking, though if you would like tracking or for your order to be a rushed order, there is an extra fee. If it is not listed for your country in the shipping information, please contact us and we will add it.
EU, Australia, UK Shipping
Please send us a message and we'll help you process. We aren't currently set up for taxes in these regions, so we will invoice you manually - prices are still the same, though shipping may vary from what is listed for North America
Returns/Exchanges
All items, physical or digital products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We unfortunately don't have warehousing capacity to manage returns or exchanges. If you're unhappy or unsure about sizing or fit - please reach out to us and we'll try to help!
