Pulse of Pleasure: Why Feeling More Might Be the Most Radical Thing You Do
There’s a quiet kind of numbness that many of us live inside.
Not because we’re broken—but because we’ve adapted.
We’ve learned to watch ourselves instead of inhabiting our bodies.
To perform versions of ourselves that are acceptable, desirable, productive.
To disconnect from sensation when it feels unsafe, overwhelming, or inconvenient.
Over time, that disconnection becomes normal.
And feeling deeply?
That starts to feel unfamiliar.
Pulse of Pleasure is an invitation to reverse that.
Not through talking about it—but through experiencing it.
Because pleasure—whether through music, movement, or sex—isn’t something you think your way into.
It’s something you feel your way into.
And the body needs a doorway.
For us, that doorway is sound.
Low-frequency bass and repetitive rhythms—especially in house and techno—don’t just entertain you.
They move through you.
Sound is vibration.
It travels through your skin, your tissues, your organs—literally stimulating your nervous system.
Before your mind has time to interpret what’s happening, your body is already responding.
That’s why music can give you chills.
Why a beat can shift your mood.
Why a drop can make your entire body react.
It’s not intellectual.
It’s physiological.
And that’s the same pathway erotic energy uses.
Not just sexual energy—but creative, expressive, emotional aliveness.
At Pulse of Pleasure, we use rhythm to help you:
- Drop out of overthinking
- Reconnect to sensation
- Explore different expressions of your erotic energy
- Move energy through your body instead of holding it in
- Experience connection—both within yourself and with others
There’s also something powerful about doing this together.
Humans have always gathered in rhythm.
From ancestral drum circles to underground dance floors, repetitive sound and shared movement have been used to:
- Release emotion
- Enter altered states
- Strengthen community bonds
- Mark transitions
- Heal
Modern rave culture carries echoes of that lineage—whether we name it or not.
And when we move together, something shifts.
Barriers soften.
Self-consciousness dissolves.
Presence deepens.
You stop performing your life
and start participating in it.
That’s what we’re creating.
DJ/Music Producer Raw Pulse and I co-created Pulse of Pleasure. We built an immersive workshop that takes you on a music journey with guided movement. Participants leave feeling more present in their bodies, more connected to their erotic energy, and more alive in their movement. You don't need to know how to dance, we are inviting you to let the sensations of the bass move you. We'll show you how to surrender to sound...allowing music to be heard AND felt. Play with leaning into pleasure.
Not a party.
Not a workshop.
A space where you can feel more of yourself—safely, playfully, and fully. Feeling more isn’t indulgent. It’s necessary. And aliveness isn’t something you earn. It’s something you return to.
Your body understands rhythm faster than your mind understands instructions.

This Is a Space for Letting Go
Not in a vague “just relax” way.
In a real, embodied way where:
-
you stop trying to look good
-
you stop trying to do it right
-
you stop managing yourself every second
And you let sensation lead.
Sometimes that looks like subtle movement.
Sometimes it looks like full surrender on the dancefloor.
Sometimes it looks like noticing your breath and staying with it instead of leaving your body.
All of that counts.
Letting go isn’t passive — it’s a skill you practice.
"I loved how the workshop synched tailor-made and/or selected music with expertly, warmly and playfully facilitated guidance to enter the somatic realms in ways that were edgy yet just right. Luna and Raw provided a well thought out experience where the main goal was to playfully revel in exploring spicy aspects of our sensuality."

Better sex, better body confidence, better connection to yourself, isn’t about doing more. It’s about feeling more of what’s already happening.
You’re not disconnected because you’re broken — you’re disconnected because you were taught to leave your body.
Pulse of Pleasure Is a Playground for That
It’s not a performance.
It’s not a choreography class.
It’s not “how to dance sexy.”
It’s a space to:
-
feel more
-
think less
-
get curious about your body again
-
reconnect pleasure, music, and movement
It changes how alive you feel in your body.
This isn’t about learning how to move. It’s about remembering how to feel.
"Had a great time at the event! Once I got out of my head it was even better!! I went home and had great sex all weekend with my girlfriend!"
