  • Describe your idea in two sentences. 
  • Describe why it’s awesome in one sentence.
  • List 5 steps you need to take to make this idea something tangible. Can include design, research, production, focus testing. Be specific. 
  • Identify 3 influencers who you would send/share your merch with. Consider the size of their audiences, the frequency of their posts and do you have any relationship with them/have you promoted their stuff?
